Welcome to High Echelon PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Dog Training Tools and associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scanning the QR code, visiting our website, and using our Dog Training Tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our products and services. By using our products, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Product Setup and Use

To use our Dog Training Tools, you may be required to provide certain personal information, such as your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate information during setup and to use our products only for lawful purposes.

4. Limited Warranty

Our Dog Training Tools come with a limited 2-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product and does not cover any other damages or misuse. To request a replacement, please contact us at support@petnps.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Echelon PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. This includes but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Interfering with the operation of our products or services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). By using our products, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the SIAC.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials related to our products, including software, designs, and trademarks, are the property of High Echelon PTE. LTD. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of our products after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
